With hand cut Sunshine's own Grilled Lemon Chicken Breast; Proscuitto de Parma(sliced paper thin); Black Pepper Champagne Pate or
Smooth Peppercorn Mousee; Grilled Salmon Fillet; Bleu d'Auvergne (known for it's creamy balanced flavor); Triple Cream Brie; 4 year Aged Gouda and
Quince paste (a must have on combination trays) with Marcona Almonds from Spain, Oil Cured Olives, Tasmanian Pinot Soaked Cherries, Seasonal Fruit and Chocolate.
