WELCOME TO OUR FRESH ENTREE DEPARTMENT

mike     We at Sunshine Foods understand the limits on time in today's world. With that in mind we have created an entire department around making more time for you by taking the work out of entrees. We have over 50 marinated and/or stuffed products in every category marinated fresh every day. Most of the marinades are created in house with fresh, wholesome ingredients, just like you would do at home. We never tumble or inject our products, rather we prefer to take the extra effort to do it the old fashioned way. We are also proud to include a few exceptional marinades like Sioux-Z-Wow in our mix to provide a well rounded selection of flavors to excite any palate.

    The concept of uncooked marinated entree items is not a new one, and we are excited about taking this flavor enhancing and time saving practice to a whole new level. Our Plum Rosemary Marinade was developed by the 3am ramblings of Gena Allen, and is a wonderful blend that triggers all of your senses. The Mediterranean Marinade with it's combination of capers and olive oil enhances many of our dishes. Ginger Hoisin Marinade was another long standing recipe that was created in the search for something unique. The list of the fresh in house marinades goes on and on. Listed below is a sampling, however we are confident that we can meet whatever flavor profile you are trying to create. We do ask for 48 to 72 hours notice for special orders to allow the marinades to do their trick...the old fashioned way.

BEEF CHOICES

PLUM ROSEMARY, TERIYAKI OR GARLIC HERB TRI TIP ROAST : Trimmed beef tri tip roast marinated in our house made plum rosemary marinade, teriyaki marinade or rubbed with olive oil, garlic and herbs         

GINGER HOISIN HANGER STEAK: Natural anger steak trimmed lean and marinated in our ginger hoisin marinade

SIOUX-Z-WOW SKIRT STEAK : All natural skirt steaks trimmed and portioned in the wonderful sweet and spicy Sioux-Z-Wow Marinade

MEDITERRANEAN BEEF TENDERLOIN ENDS : End pieces of filet mignon coated in our Mediterranean blended marinade

STUFFED FLANK STEAK: Tenderized flank steak seasoned, pounded and rolled around our spinach and ricotta stuffing

BLACKENED CHATEAUBRIAND: Natural or prime chateaubriand coated in soy and honey and rubbed with our special spice blackening seasoning

ALL BEEF MEATLOAF : Fresh daily ground beef and vegetables seasoned and ready to bake

STUFFED BELL PEPPERS : Fresh bell peppers stuffed with our all beef meatloaf

DRY RUBBED PRIME RIB ROAST : Lifted and tied standing rib roast in either prime or natural with Carl's Prime Rib Rub.

BEEF FAJITAS : Thinly sliced beef with a blend of onions, and peppers tossed in a fajita style seasoning.

STUFFED EYE OF ROUND ROAST: Butterflied eye of round seasoned and rolled with fresh baby spinach, thyme, roasted garlic and gorgonzola
