Below you will find a list of some of the items that we do on a regular basis. Although we are not limited to these items, they do create a wonderful starting point. Substitutions are possible, however they may require different pricing or a bit more lead time to procure the proper ingredients. We ask for 48 to 72 hours advanced notice on special orders. We are doing meals similar to these every day in our store, so  please don't hesitate to call us and see what is on our menu.

Boxed Lunches

Napa Valley Box Lunch: Your choice of sandwich with deli salad, fruit & dessert in a quaint handled box. Prices range from basic at $19.99 and up. 

Sunshine Light boxed lunch: Basic half sandwich with Kettle chips, fruit and dessert.

Howell Mountain Vegetarian Boxed Lunch: Stuffed Portabello mushroom with pesto and melted cheese, stuffed Roma tomatoes, Orzo salad, olives and french bread, served with dessert.

 

Rutherford Bench Sampler Box: Sliced Proscuitto, aged Gouda, classic Duck mousse, Marcona almonds, quince paste, cured olives & crackers.

Deli Salad Options

Broccoli & Gorganzola: Fresh chopped broccoli w/ red onions and Gorgonzola cheese topped with red seedless grapes, tossed in a light cole slaw dressing.

Italian Feta: Feta cheese, pasta, bell peppers, black olives, green onions, vegetable oil, vinegar & seasoning salt.

Greek Salad: Fresh cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell peppers, onion and Kalamata olives dressed in a red wine vinaigrette & topped with Feta cheese.

Lemon Orzo: Orzo,soybeans, tomatoes, celery, olive oil, green onion, lemon juice, canola oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sea salt, lemon peel & lemongrass.

Roasted Beets: Fresh whole beets roasted, peeled and seasoned with herbs, salt, black pepper and tossed in a Italian style dressing. 

Picnic Potato Salad: Potatoes, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, milk, mustard, spices, garlic, salt & pepper.

Beginning a meal with a  appetizer is a great way to get your event started.

Sunshine Crab Cakes
Fresh Dungeness crab meat with bell peppers, green onions, lemon, garlic and breading, cooked to a golden brown served with Sunshine's roumaloude sauce (Available in regular size and bite size)

Arancini
Risotto with onions, and herbs blended with chicken stock is wrapped around a tidbit of cheese, and then rolled in our breading mix and fried to perfection
